Asset Management System — Terms of Service
Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Asset Management System (the "System"), including asset tracking, ticketing, and related features. By accessing or using the System you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the System.
Acceptance of terms
By using the System you represent that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and any posted policies referenced herein. We may update the Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
Eligibility
The System is intended for authorized personnel within your organization. You must be at least 18 years old and have proper authorization to access organizational asset data and create support tickets.
Accounts and registration
Access to the System requires registration and authorization. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing credentials is strictly prohibited.
User conduct
You agree not to use the System to (a) violate laws or rights of others, (b) upload malware or harmful content, (c) impersonate others, (d) access data without authorization, (e) interfere with system operations, or (f) misuse the ticketing system for spam or harassment. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Asset management
You are responsible for accurately recording, tracking, and updating asset information in the System. Misrepresentation of asset data, unauthorized transfers, or failure to report asset status changes may result in account suspension. All asset data remains the property of your organization.
Ticketing system
The ticketing system is provided for reporting issues, requesting support, and managing asset-related tasks. You agree to use the ticketing system responsibly and provide accurate, relevant information. False reports, spam tickets, or abusive communications may result in account restrictions.
Response times for tickets are not guaranteed and depend on priority level and available resources. We will make reasonable efforts to address tickets in a timely manner.
Content and licenses
All asset data, tickets, and content you submit to the System remain the property of your organization. By submitting content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the System.
The System software and interface are owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without permission.
Data security and privacy
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including asset information and ticket content. However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks.
We will not share your data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to operate the System. See our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling practices.
Third-party content
The System may contain links or integrations with third-party websites and services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the System for violations of these Terms, security concerns, or for other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, your organization retains ownership of all data, which may be exported according to our data retention policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SYSTEM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SYSTEM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ASSET DATA LOSS, TICKET DELAYS, OR SYSTEM DOWNTIME.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, including our officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the System, or unauthorized access to asset data.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
